  I'm currently acting Head Vet at a busy branch surgery, combined with shifts at a large hospital and occasional OOH work. I have been mentor to a number of new graduate Vets within the practice and assisted with training of students.Within the Head Vet role, I have attended leadership meetings and assisted in creating new practice protocols, both clinical and financial. I'm also responsible for the Veterinary aspect of our social media sites including writing educational pieces to clients, encouraging client engagement and dealing with feedback and complaints. I assist with practice PR publications and have recently written for a local newspaper and appeared on live radio.I co-ordinated and creatively led a large parade entry into Brighton Pride in 2017 and am currently organising again for 2018.
