Whilst at Halcrow I was chosen to represent Halcrow in national adverts, including an article in the New Civil Engineer.

      Currently I am the Regional Supervising Officer, overseeing ICE candidates at all grades in the North of England and Scotland. I am also the assigned ICE Mentor, Delegated Engineer and Supervising Civil Engineer for some of our future candidates.I am also part of the site safety, quality and sustainability leadership team. In addition, I have contributed with many local and national campaigns including featuring on our national conference video and company BuildSure leaflets. I sit on several affinity groups in order to make our workplace more welcoming and inclusive to all. I help steer the Gender Equality network as Co-Chair.I manage the A19s Social Value and sit on several strategic leadership teams to ensure as many people get involved as possible as we maximise our output.As former Highways Structures Manager I managed the vital inspections and routine maintenance of 220 highways structures. During this time I was one of a few national software users asked to help with early input into the development of Highways England's new system. My involvement was acknowledged nationally as the only DBFO representative who helped with this vital national system development. Show less
