Improved efficiency and output from a resource-constrained team by standardizing project controls processes (related to budget tracking, status updates, project schedules, and key customer requirements) and rolled out a “Quarterly Sync” process to set and monitor high-priority 90-day goals with direct reports. Developed customer satisfaction evaluation program to quantitatively measure customer satisfaction that was praised by an external ISO 9001 auditor. Solved an urgent, complex, and highly-stressful international trade problem that kept a critical $1M+ project alive and led to repeat business opportunities with a top customer. Developed a relationship and onboarded an external logistics partner that prevented the problem from occurring again.
