  Serve as the Chief of Learning and Development Division, providing oversight and management of all DMA Learning and Development Programs. I identify the actions required to sustain and improve these programs to meet DoD and DMA goals. Collaborate with the Human Resources Director and the Training Advisory Board (TAB) and other headquarters staff in the design of near and long-term strategies for program responsibilities. Soley responsible for the products/services provided by all DMA Headquarters training personnel who are involved in the development, implementation, and management of training-related initiatives within DMA. This includes responsibility for oversight of the corporate training budget. I have oversight of complex DMA and DoD wide employee development programs which substantially impact large, diverse target audiences and varied occupational career fields at all organizational levels for the serviced population. I develop, implement, and coordinate procedures and processes and ensures regulatory compliance regarding program initiatives to include implementing DMA’s Work Force of the Future. I am the Senior Civilian Career Program/Workforce Proponent Manager on career program policy for DMA civilians ranging from the intern level to senior executive level leaders. Show less
