Developed the City's program for the Federal Community Development Block Grant Program. Worked with the Community Development Advisory Committee to provided oversight of the Program. Oversaw the review and completion of all residential and commercial site plan, subdivision and zoning applications for the City. Staffed the Planning Board. Worked on numerous special projects around the City including grant writing, plan design and implementation and public outreach. Had the opportunity to do projects that range from a small corner store to large office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants and expansions to semiconductor wafer plants. Handled real estate and personal property payments. Tracked down delinquent taxpayers, filed real estate and sewer liens and handled monthly interest checks on City investments.

      *Responsible for the effective operation of the administrative functions of Cumberland County Govt.*Develops and oversees a 67.2M dollar budget, fourteen departments comprising of 420 employees. *initiated the County's first Public Health Department in 2021 and Regional General Assistance Administration 2023.*Team member that co-designed and implemented the County's 58M ARPA program. *Negotiates contracts and leases for County operations & special projects.*Lobbied and transitioned Cross Insurance Arena & Trustees to a County Department.*Involved with contract negotiations with the County's four collective bargaining units.*Co-developed and lead the annual efforts of a regional county/town employee Leadership Academy.*Serves as Contract Administrator and overseer of affairs at the Cross Insurance Arena. *Aids in policy and legislative affairs at the local, county, state and federal levels.
