In daily inspection I need to check the machineries , operating conditions weather SOP is being followed or not and the machines required any maintenance . I have to collect some samples of each of the products and need to check for the physical damage , dimensional variations if any , minimum standards which required by the customer .   The responsibility include is to build, test, service and troubleshoot various MLWD tools such as HEL Tool, Neutron Density Tool, Multi-Frequency Resistivity Tool and Rotary Steerable System. I am also involved in preparation of MLWD unit, MLWD system preparation & inventory management of the MLWD unit. Apart from this my work also involves failure analysis of tools if any, maintain all kind of service records electronically and up-gradation of tool’s firmware.
