Here i dealt with customers through the telephone and in person. I did the office administration which consited of filing and recording of invoices,purchase orders and other data. I then moved on to front of house in waitressing, bartending, management which included cash management, disciplinary issues and staff management.I then handled a few projects whereby i prepared recipes for the new dishes added to the menu.
