  I began my work by assisting office staff with general clerical tasks. I later conducted legal research for attorneys, composed trial and appellate level briefs, and prepared court motions. My final summer, I represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on the record in various criminal matters.

  I assisted U.S. Magistrate Judge Carlson by engaging in legal research on a variety of legal issues which I presented to his senior law clerk. I also drafted reports and recommendations concerning motions before the U.S. District Court.

  I represented indigent defendants in summary, misdemeanor, and felony cases under the supervision of a county public defender. I prepared written motions and memorandum, and assisted attorneys who were handling high-volume caseloads. I appeared in daily court proceedings including jury trials.

  Morgan & Morgan is a national consumer law firm made up of over 800 trial-ready attorneys. The firm concentrates its practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, mass tort, false claims act (qui tam) claims and consumer class litigation. I am a member of the class action litigation group at the firm, and handle complex class action cases across the country. My cases span a diverse number of areas and subjects, with a focus on privacy litigation arising out of data breaches, data compromises and data misuse. Show less
