      In MES, my responsibility is planning, design, supervising and execution of all civil project works including connected essential services like water supply,sewage,electricity supply, air conditioning etc.,to Army, Navy, Air force, Defence R&D,Director General Quality Assurance and Indian Ordnance Factories.I am also responsible for operation works in Border areas. Military Engineering Service is the overall custodian of all Defence assets. Appointed as arbitrator for Defence Projects.Worked in high altitude regions and North-East provinces.Overall administration of various departments in MES.Involved in planning and execution of civil projects, defense services and budget control.Planning, survey and execution of roads, culverts, bridges and tunnels etc.Tender selection and arbitration cases covering Andaman and Nicobar islands. Overall in charge of Sikkim Manipal University building assets and Maintenance of all services.Execution of projects like Sports Complex,Hostel buildings,Administrative buildings including roads.Maintenance of Medical college and Hospital.Construction of hospital building and nursing station.Transportation and Security coverage etc. Show less
