Led a $20 million program for the decommissioning, deactivation, demolition, and disposition of Battelle Memorial Institute’s Research Technology Laboratory Complex, a 10-building radiological research complex sited on 15.2 acres.• Completion accelerated by 2 years meeting residential release criteria for radiological and chemicals/metals contaminants• Release of liability achieved Led completion a $37 million facility life extension program and an additional $15 million in infrastructure investments. Successful implementation of a new safety basis and installation of four new hot cells and three gloveboxes. Achieved operational readiness.
