  As a trained Non-Performance Duty Manager, I am capable of taking full responsibility for the safe running of the venue outside of its busiest hours; including top evacuation responsibility. As a Supervisor, I act in an integral role to manage the FOH department on-shift and in its daily operations. Responsibilities include:- Independently managing performances taking place in the Marlowe Studio- Managing the department's finances and stock- Supervising and supporting staff in the completion of their own responsibilities- Handling and resolving high-intensity customer issues- Administrative tasks such as completing show reports, fulfilling stock orders, taking minutes in large meetings, and general inter-departmental communication.- Resolving immediate IT issues with staff equipment Show less

  Creative Director and Co-Owner of Bits & Pieces Theatre Company, aiming to highlight trans and queer voices in the South East's creative sphere. Our work includes producing original plays, hosting open cabaret-style nights for LGBTQ+ performers of all crafts and experience levels, and community action such as hosting educational workshops. Bits & Pieces are a resident Graduate Theatre Company of the University of Kent, and play an active role in nourishing the student and staff community within the School of Arts. Show less
