      As the Catering Coordinator in the Latham Cafe, I was responsible entirely for in-store catering sales, production, and marketing processes and programs. In addition to the actual production of orders, I also frequently worked as a team player across other stores and corporate as needed. I assisted the Regional Manager to develop training matrices, improve daily tools, and to evaluate my trade area and conduct an analysis on the findings. Working with the management team in the Latham Cafe, I collaborated on creative thinking to meet our current needs, monitored store sales and percentages, and resolved client customer service issues.I routinely exceeded regional market percentages, sales and volume of the previous year and of competing stores.I also worked as the designated market wide catering trainer, mentoring new hires by training them on the various aspects of the store that were specific to catering, as well as having them shadow my work schedule for approximately a month's time.
