  As the Administrative Assistant my responsibility is to keep Fostering Together organized and running efficiently. Fostering Together is a program of Olive Crest in partnership with DSHS. Our contract with the DSHS is for the recruitment and retention of foster parents in the western half of Washington State. I organize the systems already in place and help our program run more efficiently by implementing new systems and more efficient data tracking. I create and manage video production of targeted recruitment videos. Responsible for the execution and completion of check requests and purchase orders, support the program staff with editing and proof reading of marketing materials before being published, brand management, distribution of marketing materials, as well as general program and administrative duties. As the IT Coordinator at Olive Crest, I manage and coordinate all IT related issues. Responsible for troubleshooting office equipment including computers, faxes, phones, copiers, scanners, smart boards, and servers. The technology field keeps me challenged and always learning, which I enjoy. Show less
