      - Handling, publishing of articles and contents for the Crew Portal for both Pilots and Cabin Crew such as important news articles, manual updates that I receive from various teams.- Content Management on Crew Portal is a major part of my role where I use Adobe Dreamweaver application to edit and publish on Portals. - HTML coding and formatting and designing pages on the portals as per corporate portal standards.- I also use Adobe Photoshop to edit and design the images we use to upload to the portal this includes Banner, LCD screen images, etc I also create videos using Adobe Captivate and Adobe Media Encoder which is used to upload on the LCD screen and the portal multimedia pages.- Part of my work is to generate reports daily, weekly, and monthly and ensure these data are sent to the concerned team promptly. I Provide a comprehensive admin system support service including maintenance, update, and support of relevant databases and in-house equipment. Show less - Responsible for the accurate processing of data from sales reports, load sheets, and invoices to ensure that the system correctly compares transaction entries with header information, in order to generate the appropriate financial transaction entry. - Ensuring the transaction details are accurately updated from audit and flight coupons by capturing the data from sales reports and flight packets to ensure that the system data is ready for fare and proration processes. - Balancing the 'Sales' and 'Flight' batches by ensuring that transactions match receivables and passenger and cargo manifests. Highlight discrepancies that arise from this process in order to trap revenue leakage.
