I oversee a multidisciplinary team of 99 staff with direct responsibility for a multi-million budget and I report to the Head of Culture. I lead strategy for business, operations for across nine locations, workforce development, digital strategy and citywide arts development.The museums attract over 1.1 million visits per year and over 2 million interactions online.
