  In my multifaceted role as an IT infrastructure analyst, I managed the active directory upgrade project, which encompassed the installation of the Windows 2012 Server and read-only domain controllers in specified offices. As part of this project, I also oversaw the decommissioning of Windows 2003 Domain Controllers.My role has also involved the migration of a few of the organisation’s websites to Amazon Web Services. I have acted as the technical lead on the migration of more than 2000 mailboxes to Office 365, the administering of the deployment of new generation firewalls, and autonomy worksite upgrades. By collaborating on upgrades to our VMware virtual environments and the maintenance of global infrastructure and security systems, I drove a range of service improvements and efficiencies for clients.I have also been responsible for non-technical duties such as the management of external suppliers and supporting and supervising federation and country office IT administrators.
