      I made recommendations utilizing the ITSM/ITIL Capacity Planning and Management for physical and virtual servers and their respective services. I facilitated Monthly meetings with customers working through their capacity issues and concerns, opened problem tickets and alerted the appropriate stakeholders when capacity thresholds were breached,and projecting, when applicable, when their capacity will run out and when services may be impacted. I worked closely with other ITIL disciplines to make a well rounded service oriented management program. I utilize the data, when it is available, to project when a clients capacity could run out and when services may be impacted. I work closely with other ITIL discipline leaders to make a well rounded service oriented management program. I have had to perform system testing to feed into my capacity models utilizing various modeling strategies. This included working with the customer to setup and run jobs and scripts that will load the system down so we can find the breakpoints and scalability of a service or system.
