After some training as a dietary aide I was promoted to Dietary Manager after only 1 month and proceeded to excel at my job. Working with people who have Alzheimers and Dementia was and eye opening experience, one that takes a great level of care and patience. Seeing them everyday, talking with them and being more than just a Dietary Manager I know I made a difference in their quality of life even if it was just for a short while. Show less
