  HR Generalist Duties: • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization. • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related databases. • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other employment-related matters. • Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Payroll & Attendance: • Maintain employee records related to attendance and leave management. • Collaborate with Heads of Departments to ensure accurate and compliant attendance processing with timely execution.Employee Onboarding & Induction: • Coordinate and execute the on-boarding process for new hires, including paperwork, Induction, and introducing them to company policies and procedures. • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into their respective roles.Employee Relations: • Serve as a First point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, conflicts and handling grievances or other issues. • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, fostering positive employee relations.Recruitment/Talent Acquisition: • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to interviewing and onboarding. • Build good relationships with recruitment agencies, training institutes and colleges.
