  Lifetime Academy provided an extensive 10 month personal training program designed to give the trainer tools to work with a wide variety of clients along with education in Business (sales primarily) and Behavior Change Psychology allowing for a higher chance of success in accomplishing goals and creating a long term client. By the end of this program I will have skills and knowledge in NASM's OPT program design, corrective exercise, sports specific training, nutrition, metabolic training, fitness business administration, exercise physiology, behavior change strategies, and finally, NASM certifications in CPT, CES, PES, and BCS.
