      Created work manual for most of the tasks, that made learning tasks easy and not time wasting for other colleagues.Worked with UK technical and IT teams to eliminate system errors permanently; saving 3 hours of work done by the supervisor every week to bypass them temporarily.Joined Continuous Improvement team and was number 1 in my team in CI idea generation.
