Freedom Group is also the parent of outdoor brands including: Remington Arms, Bushmaster, Dakota, Parker, AAC, Barnes Bullets, Mountain Khakis, H&R, Marlin, etc. Efforts consisted of creation of a website (OutdoorRoadmap.com) a social network, an online resource center for the outdoors industry, database creation/marketing, innovation and experiential marketing including customer relationship marketing encompassing promotion and incentive efforts, membership development, and partnership marketing programs. Public relations campaign development for the company, the outdoor industry and nonprofit and NGO partners, execution of off-line/online and digital communications, grassroots outreach efforts and program development encompassing fundraising, partnership marketing, retail-partner promotion and activation, global membership and supporter recruitment for partners. Also included an online and off-line hunter/firearms safety education program for hunter education instructors and students.Worked with the President/CEO and Director of State Agency Relations & Partnerships along with leaders from some of the largest and most respected conservation organizations, nonprofits, NGOs, big box and multichannel retailers, and with directors, commissioners and staff from state and federal agencies to cultivate sustainable partnerships aimed at increasing hunting/shooting sports activities and the sale of hunting licenses through both recruitment and retention strategies.
