  As a piece of a Nutrition and Dietetics course titled "Experience in Sports Nutrition", I had the opportunity to work under Purdue Sport's Dieticians for experience-based learning within a Division I Collegiate sports setting. I worked at the Mackey and Mollenkompf Arena Fueling Stations, providing athletes with the nutrition they needed to energize themselves or recover for training.

  With this position, I am in charge of raising money and awareness for our organizations national philanthropy, Mental Health America. Leading the entire chapter as well as the philanthropy team, I plan events throughout the year for all Purdue students to attend. I also work with philanthropy chairs from other organizations to promote awareness and raise funds for their philanthropies. Another role that falls within this position is seeking out opportunities for our organization to take part in community service outside of our philanthropy. Show less
