  As a part of my responsibilities, I assisted with Trivium, a research chat platform developed at the University of Pennsylvania, and its related tools, including chatbot frameworks. This platform has been used in multiple studies with over 10,000 participants and is still in production.I also worked on Twilly, a research project at the National University of Singapore, where I contributed to the study of the impact of demetrication on Twitter user behavior.In addition, I built a classifier for US import HS Codes using import descriptions for trade research, analyzing over 1 million data points.   Led the development of data infrastructure and an ecosystem of applications for agriculture and agriculture governance for an Indian state.Aided in policy making by providing real-time data and insights of stakeholders to authorities, and helped in better logistical decision making support through eNAM (digital agriculture trading portal by Indian Govt.).Developed a law firm case management platform, which includes a model for contract law that leverages recent developments in NLP to provide better semantic analysis of contracts to enable better querying and proofing, and a chatbot to aid case managers to quickly answer customer queries through automatic suggestions based on legal and historical context.Built a configuration engine for an online bespoke suiting company enabling a wide variety of customizations and a visualization tool that creates a 3D model of the customizations, including reflectivity of different fabrics to render realistic depiction of the end product.Consulted 6 MSMEs in their digitization and data-driven operations journey, helping increase efficiency in one of the organizations by 70%.
