  Software Intern

  Worked as a Software Intern at Intellect Design Arena Ltd. During the three month internship, I built a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product from scratch.The product goal was to build an application that manages the client information for their 8012 Fintech Design Center. It was built using backend technologies such as Python, PHP, MySQL and frontend was developed using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.The application was to enable Design Center employees to input, store and manage their client information for future analysis and sales management purpose. It involved understanding the requirements from users, prioritising, designing and building a product. Worked closely with all stakeholders to develop the product and completed it during my internship period. Show less

Currently working as a AI/ML software Intern building a chatbot by optimising the models to prevent it from overfitting using Rasa. Also performing data analysis to feed the intelligent platform.
