Throughout the weeks of preparation, the whole team has been spending countless (and very flexibe) hours to configure, test and validate all prerequisites: work with local teams that would be in operation during the maintenance window to ensure proper SRST behavior, upgrade (out of business hours) all dependet components (Peterconnects, Phonex, Biscom, UCCX, ...), validate the procedure and approach on DEV/Test including rollback plans.
