Additionally, I handled the follow-up of purchase requisitions, ensuring that the product arrived in a timely manner to meet the company's demands. On other occasions, I also handled the monitoring of the materials' import process, as well as liaising with customs agents and overseas carriers.

  Flight Coordinator

  Currently, I work as a Flight Coordinator in the Trip Support and Coordination department at TAM Executive Aviation. I have gained a range of experiences in all stages of international flight assistance. I have also addressed Handling requests for both domestic and international clients in various parts of the Americas and Europe. In addition to these responsibilities, I have acquired experience with the ferry of different equipments from the USA to Brazil, facing and dealing with the challenges that this type of flight demands. Other noteworthy experiences include serving clients and providing comprehensive on-site support during flights, directly overseeing ground operations. As a result, I have gained expertise in documentation, authorizations, and licenses necessary for international flights, collaborating on the planning of various flights by consulting and calculating the best options to meet the clients' demand, whether in technical planning or operational considerations for the type of equipment and objectives. In this company, I initially joined as an intern, working on flight operational processes and administrative tasks related to revenue and expense identification and acquisition, ultimately contributing to client satisfaction and generating positive results for the company.
