  As Programme manager responsible for a suite of projects designed to increase the productivity of the region's businesses. This includes CRF funded Future Markets Acceleration Programme and Challenge North Tyne. Project Manager for regional High Potential StartUps programme and BEIS funded Peer Networks programme. In this role I also managed and supported a range of corporate projects including the roll out of MS Teams and creation of the North East LEP's intranet which digitalised many internal processes. Managed quarterly reporting, funding claims, budgets and Steering Groups for Energy, Digital and Advanced Manufacturing and Health and Life Sciences teams. Claims included £6m+ Energy for Growth LGF programme and £300K Health and Life Sciences LGF programme. Managed quarterly reporting for £6m+ Energy for Growth LGF programme and 2 other regional energy projects. Coordinated regional Steering Groups and board. Supported the region's bid for a Freeport in early 2021 which involved bringing together over 100 partners.
