      As a Cashier at TNT, I was responsible for ringing up customers when they came to my checkout lane. I was able to do so with the help of the barcode scanner, belt, and cash register. I occasionally partnered with sales floor associates to maintain a fully stocked selection on the shelfs, kept the front end tidy, and aided guests when needed.

      As customer service associate at The Home Depot, I provide not only excellent, but also timely customer service via telephone and in person. I coordinate with the Assistant Store Management team to track and monitor the metrics for customer satisfaction such as, Likelihood To Shop Again, Likelihood To Pickup Again, and Greet Engage Thank. In combination with providing timely and excellent customer service, I also help run the curbside pickup department for orders that were placed online and I am responsible for retrieving orders for customers who come into the store to pick online orders up as well. I occasionally will run a register at the checkout lanes as a backup cashier, and pick online orders and stage items in relevant locations depending on their size, all of this is achieved by using company equipment.
