  Clement was a part-time retail assistant with NTUC Fairprice after the completion of his 'O' Levels Examination. He was assigned to the 'Frozen' department which required him to handle fresh and frozen produce. He even attained a Food, Health and Safety Certification in his short time there. Clement's communication skills were also often put the test, having to deal with both difficult and curious customers. He received multiple compliments from members of the public for his patience and knowledge of the products on display and was well-liked by his colleagues.   Clement served his National Service obligations with the 35th Battalion Singapore Combat Engineers as an Administrative Support Assistant (ASA). Clement primary engagement was to handle ORD processes which required him to manage sensitive data. He was also part of a team that plans and prepare for all major events such as parades, family-day visits and other ceremonies. For his meticulous and diligent efforts, he was awarded the Best Soldier of The Month in May 2018 and also received a Letter of Commendation from the Chief Engineer.   As the Deputy Director of CYS HR, Clement responsibilities include overseeing the different spectrums of HR. This includes overseeing the recruitment and selection process, drafting learning and development courses and mitigating employee conflicts and grievances. Clement also prepares the organisation's on-boarding materials and conducts on-boarding for new hires.*I receive no remuneration package for this role, as it is a voluntary position. As the HR Associate (Intern) of Cyber Youth Singapore, Clement was tasked with facilitating staffing processes; this includes the preparation and the conduct of interviews and post-selection process. Clement is also actively involved in the planning phase for the organization's succession planning program for which he co-developed training programs and courses for volunteers. Other tasks such as conflict resolution and employee welfare management were also given to Clement to manage.

  As the TA Coordinator of Continental, Clement was tasked with assisting the TA specialist of the organisation. Responsibilities include cold calling of candidates, conduct pre-screening calls and evaluation, manage multiple stakeholders calendar, scheduling and coordinating interviews and creating weekly employer branding posts. Clement was given the opportunity to hone his technical skills in KenexaBrassring (ATS) and Hootsuite (Employer branding).
