      Responsibilities: 1. Had designed and implemented an induction system that seeks to ease the employee during the initial phase of induction. Gradually introduced the other finer aspects of the orientation process and the software involved for the same. 2. Had closely monitored the progress being made in the employees in terms of understanding the information being provided to him/her of the organization’s culture and working.3. Had assessed the employee’s personality and other aspects and logically estimate how he/she stands as per the applicable Common Minimum Acceptance (CMA) or the Eligibility Criteria. This estimation has to be done based on the responses provided by the employees in his/her personality IM provided during the course of orientation.4. Had provided the employee with job specific case studies and evaluate the same in consultation with the respective Team Leader. Assessment was on the basis of the requisite skills and traits required are present in the employee.5. Had observed the performance of the employee and accordingly train, lead and guide him/her to achieve the desired result. My responsibilities include preparing reports on the performance of employees in orientation; reporting exigencies in the form of problems in work habits and/or mismatch based on personality.
