I provide supervision for post graduate and mental health clinicians seeking licensure.My psychotherapy work is with individuals, couples, and families with an emphasis on women, non binary, and men of color, queer identified community, immigrant and South Asian identified communities, as well as trauma impacted adults, children, and families. I use healing modalities including psychodynamic relational, culturally attuned attachment informed, and EMDR treatment in my practice.My clinical approach includes gentle support for people to share their most important and challenging personal identities. I hope that our work can address what they want to understand more, or that they can experience their own complex selves in a ways that feel more integrated and less fragmented.
