      Responsible for leading the Quality and ISO 9001:2008 compliance efforts at RR Donnelley's Bloomsburg, PA manufacturing facility. RR Donnelley is the world's premier full-service provider of print and related services with over 60,000 employees worldwide. The Bloomsburg facility is a 376,000 sq. ft. high-volume book manufacturing plant running three shifts and employing 350 people. I directed the facility towards higher levels of quality and increased customer loyalty by ensuring that a quality system was established, maintained, and improved. I identified, analyzed and implemented techniques and procedures for continuous quality improvements. Provided leadership in the support, facilitation and coordination of all division-wide process improvement activities (e.g. ISO, Best Practices etc.).
