I prepare and execute the Cyber Acquisition Requirements and Resourcing (CARR) Working Group (WG) forum and the Army Cyberspace Council (ACyC), which serve as the focal point of the prioritization and execution of cyberspace priorities and acquisition processes. I accurately represented the views of the Army Staff in both subordinate and senior interactions with senior Army, as well as joint staff action officers and leadership, as well as with other Army staff elements, Major Army Commands and field operating agencies interacting with the Operations, Readiness and Mobilization Directorate/DA G-3/5/7.
