  As a Project Specialist, I developed the organization's first ever faith-based inclusion study on Muslim representation in popular media. I managed the study from start to publication, including overseeing the study’s parameters, training a team of 15+ research assistants, collecting and analyzing data, and writing the study’s report for public release. To supplement this work, I strategically coordinated research and advocacy efforts with partners by providing data insights to develop the Blueprint for Muslim Inclusion, a collaborative guide on how to foster diversity and representation of the Muslim community in entertainment.   I was elected the Chief Operating Officer for Gilly, an interactive AI that builds meaningful relationships between traditionally intermediated consumer brands and their customers through personalized conversations that collect rich 0-party data.In this role, I oversee the operations of the CEO, CMO, CTO, and the development of our product. I support the day-to-day tasks among our team and coordinate efforts towards our goals.
