  Team Leader Access to Justice and Community Security

  Led a team of 150 staff in three countries to deliver a highly successful programme to develop access to justice and community security services in opposition-held areas of Syria. The programme included support to develop the Free Syrian Police in Aleppo, Idlib and Daraa provinces and to provide vital civil registration services. The programme was awarded the 'Social Impact Project of the Year' in 2019 by British Expertise International.
