  When Peter Jones (of Dragons Den fame) bought the 'Jessops' name I was headhunted to join the company prior to him opening the store network. I was responsible for stock management, recruitment, merchandising, marketing & PR for the Birmingham Centre of Excellence store. This included TV, radio and newspaper interviews promoting the Grand opening of the store. The store is the largest Camera Shop in Europe (6,000 sqft). With sales in excess of £4M per annum I am accountable for maximising profit while keeping costs to a minimum. With 20 colleagues and three separate departments our success is based on fantastic customer service, knowledgeable staff, a proven sales process and world class store standards.Manfrotto Store of the Year Worldwide 2015 Nominee.
