  Diploma Engineer Trainee

  My Career was started in L&T (TPPC Div) as a Diploma Engineer Trainee at Krishnapatnam Thermal Power Plant. Initially I was involving in Site Execution activities as a Site Engineer played a vital role in fabrication & erection of 395 MT of modular assembly condensers (04 sets) & erection of dearaetors (110 T), HP & LP heaters with in a time frame. Dearaetors 2 no's approx 110 MT each unloaded by Jack's instaed of using traditional crane method. For that I got a Certification of Work in Excellence & Cost Saving Award by our SRO Head.Stator (295 MT) lifting & Position on TG building with in a day by using Strand Jack's & Push pull jack method.I got a Best training Program regarding Quality practice & NDT training in Kolkata & program was conducted by L&T. This Project gave me a Best experience in my life. Show less

  L&T has secured EPC project to construct & commissioning of IDCT towers - 4 no's along with FANS & CW pipes connection upto CW pump house.My role & responsibility in this project to execute CW pipes fabrication, installation, FANS installation & trail run, IDCT final finishing works.IDCT stack, paving works , painting & fins installation works were carried out under my supervision.L&T PTI has given proper training for civil works to Mechanical Engineers & I got an Certification on this. 16 no's of ID Fans are installed & trial run has carried out successfully with out any issue & handed over to NTPC.   Constructing a FGD-EPC Project consist a main equipment of Jet Bubble Reactor Installation Chiyoda CT-121 Technology at NTPC Vindhyachal which is India's largest power producing capital produces nearly about 4260 MW power per hour.The Project is more challenging while performing in a Brown field considering the other construction hinderence factors. Having various types of special materials and new technology to avoid Limestone slurry to corrode the internal Jet bubble reactor materials. More than 35 KM of FRP piping, 58 KM of rubber lined piping, Borosilicate application, FLRP lining, C-276 & Titanium materials are being used to make a Best FGD project in India.Wet Jet Bubble Reactor cut off/minimize emission of CO2 in the atmosphere.Constructing the Project in a brown field Show less
