Last assignment was as a member of the G3 operations section responsible for the development of training mentors within the Army Reserves focusing on battle staff and mission command operations. I strategized and managed the development of Training Mentors within Army Reserves; also I employed virtual training systems to support large scale training programs. I also kept abreast with latest technological advancements and trends in the fight against IED threat and systematically updated all training programs. I prepared periodic reports on evolving CIED doctrine for global distribution among deployed U.S. Forces. During the tenure, I led the standardization of training and CIED theory across Iraq and U.S. based training centers by collaborating with different academies and learning centers. Furthermore, I provided on-ground support through deployment to Operation Noble Eagle and Operation Iraqi Freedom.Following are a few of my notable contributions:~ Played vital role in designing the first U.S. in-theatre search course.~ Received recognition through selection by the First Army Commanding General to provide support as the LNO/DCO with Combined Joint Task Force Troy (CJTF Troy).~ Directed training teams as the CJTF Troy Senior Instructor and Learning Developer and trained 867 CIED instructors, 57,388 level one students, and 648 search students; also, facilitated 20,000 coalition forces in CIED training.~ Bronze Star recipient. Oversee the development of blended training programs and processes to support Mission Command Training Initiatives. Lead efforts in the development of the program by designing and developing internal training programs and processes dedicated to growing operational efficiencies and member capabilities. Moderate discussions among participants and formulate after action reports as well as briefings. Evaluate performance of trainees, identify areas of improvement, and recommend suitable measures to achieve/improve command readiness. Lead teams in the Integration of mission command systems, trainers, network architectures and facilities in the support of more than 2,200 individuals through large scale collective training events across the U.S. resulting in the training of 640,239 Soldiers over 8 years. Operational management of 80+ person program consisting of trainers, technical teams, planners, and logistics specialists distributed across the United States. Strategic and operational oversight of more than $200,000 in travel and other direct costs annually. Led efforts in the development of a first of its kind virtual training capability enabling the program and Soldiers to meet 100% of training requirements while operating during the COVID pandemic. Developed the first-ever Command Post of the Future (CPOF) App for use by U.S. Soldiers around the world. Lead the collaborative creation of the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) improving facility, training delivery, and staff efficiencies. Show less During this tenure, I Rendered expertise as the Forces Command (FORSCOM) Northeast Regional Team Leader for Counter Improvised Explosive Device (CIED) Integrators, supporting the development of holistic CIED, Counter Insurgency (COIN), and Attack the Network (AtN), Search training programs. Enabled and empowered Soldiers to successfully complete missions as the Biometrics Training Lead by supporting FORSCOM to design and developed 15 training support programs in support of deployment requirements. Built sound knowledge base and developed skillset of trainees by integrating, planning, synchronizing, coordinating, and facilitating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming enablers into military training programs. Trained and developed multiple enablers across five nationwide training installations as a part of capability building initiatives. Networked with various agencies and international organizations to achieve operational synergy and deliver results. Built blended learning CIED training lanes, taking training out of the classroom and into the field using latest intelligence and procedures in training CIED recognition, search, and Electronic Warfare disciplines. Managed the pre deployment CIED training of +7000 Soldiers deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. Rendered expertise as the primary CIED Subject Matter Expert, integrating CIED aspects into Brigade and lower size training exercises as well as mobilization training events.
