Project management training and certification courses focus on subjects such as PMP®, CAPM®, and PMI-ACP® preparation, as well as targeted classes such as Scope, Team Leadership, Schedule, Communications, Risk, Quality, and Stakeholder Management. I also deliver training on a full line of mission-critical business skills subjects that leaders, managers, and front-line employee need such as ITIL® (2011) Foundations, presentation and public speaking, team building, leadership and management, and time management, customer service, communications, and time management skills.
