  Research Assistant

  Examined inner ear hair cell regeneration to assess how the Wnt signaling pathway governs sensory cell fate. Developed data visualizations, conducted statistical analysis, and performed wet lab techniques (DNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, immunostaining, and dissection). Presentation at Stanford Symposium of Undergraduate Research and Public Service, Fall 2022.

  Served on the teaching team for HUMBIO 88 (Introduction to Statistics for Health Sciences), a class of 52 students. Course covered statistical tools used to describe and analyze data in the fields of medicine and epidemiology and conducted basic analyses of health-related data, including linear and logistic regression. Modeled an existing permanent supportive housing (PSH) development for built environment features analysis. Reviewed literature on PSH, trauma-informed care, shelter design, transitional housing, and supportive services. Designed and executed machine learning algorithms derived to predict gait health from vibration-based and pressure-based gait monitoring data. Presentation at Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability Symposium, Fall 2023.

  Served on the teaching team of MED 219 (Navigating the Housing Crisis & Catalyzing Community-Driven Solution), a Cardinal Course taught by the Stanford Housing Equity Project. Coordinated service-learning with the United Effort Organization, a client management clinic in Mountain View. - Co-founded the Housing Justice Working Group by building partnerships between eight student organizations, four campus departments, and ten community partners- Led the Planning Committee for the Stanford Winter Housing Summit, a conference with 150 attendees. Gathered 21 speakers from across the Bay Area to speak on panels on Affordable Housing Policy & Development, Tenants' Rights, Healthcare for the Homeless Population, and Community Advocacy.
