  I started working at Renew IT Auckland when the location was in it's infancy, I have since worked extremely hard as I was the sole employee for the majority 2021 to ensure that our work was performed to a high level and our deadlines and commitments to our clients were met as efficiently as possible. Since I have been at the company I have taken responsibility for designing and implementing our policies around asset handling, processing, work flow, data and network security. I have rebuilt the data processing lab and warehouse asset processing facilities and redesigned the internal computer networks (with a focus on speed and security). I am now responsible for overseeing a small team and ensuring that our policies and standards are met, that they are reasonable and that any changes are made as/when they are required.I am the first person in the office every day and the last person to leave, having regularly committed to working more than 10 hours per day to ensure that the company and the facility are in the best possible condition to support our continued growth.
