  Capital One supports a diverse portfolio of development programs, including the MRP, to upskill and invest in talent among recent students and grads. Throughout the two-year duration, associates are placed in a pair of distinct roles intended to produce well-rounded leaders with experience driving results across multiple lines of business. To succeed requires a passion for learning, emphasis on ownership, and adaptability in problem-solving through change. My first rotation's work is focused on liaising between product, tech, and partner teams to execute operational initiatives such as capacity forecasting, actuals tracking, and prioritization of innovative new capabilities leveraged by our B2B2C business to achieve excellence in the customer experience.
