Show less The Campus Guest Coordinator serves as a key member of the admissions recruiting team through its responsibility for a prospective student’s campus expereince – either as a campus visitor or an attendee of an event. This position has primary responsiblity for planning, coordinating and managing all admissions events that provide prospective students and their families with an optimal experience at Peace College and with members of the campus community. Additionally, this position supports the recruiting process by coordinating all campus visit and tour requests, working with the admissions counselors, athletic coaches and faculty to ensure students they have identified as interested in Peace are welcomed on campus and provided with detailed information and an opportunity to meet with a member of the admissions staff. The Campus Guest Coordinator is also responsible for hiring and supervising student workers for the Office Admissions. The Campus Guest Coordinator trains student workers for all office related tasks – from campus tour guides to administrative support to front desk coverage. This position is also responsible for providing administrative support for the dean of enrollment and director of admissions, and coordinates a wide range of administrative projects for the Office of Admissions. Show less The role of the Coordinator of The Loyalty Fund is integral to the growth of Peace College and to the Development Department’s philanthropic infrastructure. The Coordinator will be accountable for the successful coordination of specific campaigns and events for annual giving fundraising and data management. The Coordinator is also responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a comprehensive and cohesive annual fund program (The Loyalty Fund), consisting but not limited to telephone calls, preparing snail mail, electronic mail, and preparing the director of The Loyalty Fund for face-to-face solicitation of alumnae, parents and friends of Peace College. In addition, the Coordinator will support the Director and help sustain current and generate new annual fund donors in order to meet annual goals and objectives. The Coordinator will also assist in donor and alumnae events, and other activities as required.
