  1991-1996--Worked as Sr.Divisional Engineer/coordination/Nagpur/S.E.Railway.Supervised entire division manpower of about 12000 personnels ,with 4 senior officers reporting directly and managed annual budget about Rs 2500 million mainly for maintenance ,renewal,rehabilitation of about 700 kms.B.G.Track,and 1000 kms of N.G.Track ,tunnels, hundreds of Bridges, service buildings ,stations ,schools, workshops ,hospitals,etc . 1996-1997-Worked as DY.CE/Planning at H.Q. office /S.E.Railway.Developed schedule of rates for civil engg. Works of S.E.Railway.1997-1998--Worked as Chief Engineer /Construction ,at Sambalpur for construction of new Railway line Sambalpur Talchar 150 Kms. long including design,planning ,tendering,execution ,monitoring of track,buildings,culverts ,bridges ,service and station buildings with about Rs 1500 million annual budget and 5 senior officers reporting directly.1998-1999 Worked as Chief Engineer/Construction at Nagpur. For Gauge conversion of Nagbhir to Chandafort narrow gauge track 130 kms long. The line was completed and commissioned fully.The main work had been plaaning ,design,tendering,execution ,monitoring of earthwork,bridges,stations,yards,track parts procurements ,linking track and obtaining sanction from Commisioner of Railway Safety.Annual budget handled was Rs.1500 million.4 senior officers reported directly for this project. Show less 1981- Worked as Assistant Bridge Engineer and supervised 10 Bridge design and Building Design personnel,for design ,analysis,evaluations etc of various types of steel and pre-stressed concrete bridges and also developed design for Railway Hotel extension and expansion at Puri.1979-1980- Worked as Aaaistant Engineer /openline maintaining iron ore supplying 200 km long Railway-line of mines of major steel plants TISCO,SAIL Steel plants etc etc. Supervised more than 1000 personnels of various levels and technical skills .1977-1979 Joined Indian Railway as IRSE-Probationer and completed 2 years training. Doubling Korba and Bilaspur Anuppur section3. 45km long Bilaspur- Bhatapara line, 10 kmSarona Kumhari line, 25 kmBhilai –Durg line4. 45km Gauge conversion of Gondia Balaghat, 40km of Balaghat –Katangi and 150km of Nagpur-Chindwara lines.5. New PSC girder Bridge 12x 30.5 meter span on river Narmada at Jabalpur6. Managed the construction of Multistory Zonal S.E.C.Railway Head Quater building ,service buildings and staff and officers colony at Bilaspur from planning designing,tendering and execution including water supply and sewage treatment systems7. Surveyed and planned the 300 km long heavy mineral line of Jagdalpur to Dallirajhara.Responsibilities - New railway line survey, preliminary survey, obtained Railway Boards approval for the new line ,final location survey, plans, estimates, tendering,architectural and design consultancies,track components procurements , obtaining sanction of works,designing, ,evaluations,execution, monitoring.
