Worked with senior stakeholders to identify key needs, before conducting a market map and analysis. Gave recommendations to client after attending vendor interviews- Conducted an assessment and review of a high volume UK graduate tech recruiter’s strategy. Worked onsite to interview employees and map current processes before presentation of analysis and recommendations of possible digital innovations to senior stakeholders- Created a market map of current innovations within HR Tech space, including identifying key AI and Blockchain players. A specific focus was given to identifying characteristics of different recruitment marketplaces and assessment innovators- Worked with a high growth AI Tech startup to build a website and digital marketing plan- Co-ran and managed a monthly MeetUp for HR Tech community. We use RAG, LLMs and other NLP to give investment professionals the most accurate information about their holdings and deal pipeline
