I spent a large proportion of my working day configuring the Reference Data Management Web Application. This involved working with the end customer to configure the software and supporting SQL databases in the best way to meet the customers’ data collection requirements, whilst managing the customers’ expectations of the end product.I also performed data analysis and migrations, creating rules for migration of hospital PAS data from one system to another. I also work internally with our Pre-Sales team to create and maintain CMDM POC’s that are used to present to our Healthcare, Financial and Pharmaceutical clients. As part of that, I help create demo systems that suit the needs of the business and also answer more technical questions from Customers with regards to the benefits of MDM within their specialist areas. I help companies solve complex problems or streamline their decision-making processes in their data architectural landscape and ensure that their deployments follow Industry Standards and Stibo’s Best Practices during the deployment and configuration of their MDM Solution. I regularly evaluate Stibo’s product accuracy, functionality, and usability on behalf of Stibo Systems and/or Partner Primed STEP offerings, producing written documentation simplifying and explaining complex technical subject matter and making suggestions for improvement and presenting that information back to Stakeholders.
