  It was an amazing experience to train with the best coaches and combat athletes from all over the country. Learnt so much about leadership, community and discipline. MMA, Yoga, Taichi were the skills I learnt and shared with many students across Bangalore. Played the role of Associate Manager as well. It was insightful to see the backend of the operations of a fitness center. Grateful and thankful for all my experiences here.

  As a kid, I always enjoyed playing and hanging out on the bars ( parallel bars ! ) I was delighted to have the opportunity to reconnect and rediscover my playful side at MettaSphere. The space is beautiful and designed for play. I shared my knowledge of bodyweight training, meditation and movement with amazing students.
