  Firco Insight serves as a business-to-business (B2B) platform designed for the screening of customers and third parties, streamlining alert management with efficiency. By reducing false positives and prioritizing matches based on risk severity and probability, Firco Insight empowers users to identify high-risk accounts and ensure compliance with financial crime regulations with confidence.As a Product Manager within the account screening department, my primary focus revolves around the strategic development and upkeep of the digital Firco Insight platform for Tier 1 customers. I collaborate closely with a dedicated team of over 20 developers within an Agile framework. This involves aligning priorities according to customer requests, software capabilities, technical debt, and overarching company strategic goals. Crafting a comprehensive product roadmap and guiding concepts from ideation through validation, shipping, and iteration constitute the core of my daily responsibilities.Firco Insight is currently undergoing a significant overhaul, both visually and technically.
