  I design and implement dynamic curricula for Educational Leadership and English courses, leveraging technology to enhance online and hybrid learning. I mentor and advise students across various stages of their academic and professional journeys, from guiding dissertation research to supervising internships for Ed.D. cohort students.With a strong commitment to research and funding, I have conducted and published original research while successfully collaborating to secure nearly $7 million in external funding in 2022. My expertise extends to overseeing operations and budget management for the Center for Community College Leadership and coordinating the Graduate Certificate in Community Leadership program.I am deeply involved in university service, chairing and serving on committees such as the Presidential Grant-in-Aid, University Parking, Center for Teaching Excellence Advisory, and Clemmer College Diversity and Belongingness committees.
